2019

First months of the year were extremely warm and dry. After wet and cold May, summer was extremely hot with almost no rain. The harvest started by the end of August when the white grape varieties were picked and ended by the end of September. Sunny and warm weather during vintage made the work pleasurable and easy.

Extreme and short, high and low temperatures and rainfall are common nowadays and 2019 vintage was not an exception. The yield was lower than the average resulting in hight concentrated wines with more acidity giving the fresh profile to the wine.
